This would be a fantastic opportunity to ‘test drive’ a new foundation. I have been using the same foundation since I turned 30 (a few years ago now LOL) and I think it is probably time I upgraded to a product for a more ‘mature’ skin :)

I received my Maybelline Instant Age rewind Eraser Foundation & have been trialling it for almost the 2 weeks.
I am one of these people that have pale skin & often have trouble finding the correct colour match for my skin tone. The shade I chose was Nude & when I began to apply it, my skin evened out & the colour was almost invisible.. perfect match!
The Micro-Corrector applicator ball made from micro-fibre felt very soft against my skin & made blending the foundation very easy to achieve. It is also very versatile & can be applied lightly for minimal coverage or heavier for fuller coverage but still keeps its light feel & doesn’t give the appearance of layered on foundation. From my very first application my skin felt firmer & plumper which I am guessing is the Goji Berry & Collagen working their magic. My crows feet & frown lines do appear smoother than before trialling the product.
And I am very impressed with the SPF 18, I must say it does have a sunscreen smell to it, but I actually like this quality because it gives me the secure feeling of knowing I have applied a sunscreen to my face. The only down side I had with this foundation was the lack of endurance or staying power but this was easily fixed. I touched up the spots that had worn off with a little more foundation through out the day, good as new! & no troubles with it looking like it had been re-applied
I have really enjoyed using this foundation as a part of my day to day skin care routine & will keep it in my bag as a back up moisturising foundation to have with me when I’m on the go.
This is a product I would consider buying if I was on the look out for a new foundation as I am a huge believer in anti-aging products & let’s face it, if our make up can help improve our skin & delay a visit to have cosmetic injectables or surgery then it’s a big win.

Thank you to the Younger You team for giving me the opportunity to test Maybellines Instant Age Rewind Eraser Foundation & I hope you will select me for future product tests.

thanks for the opportuity to try this product. I have been usign it every day and my skin hasn’t felt to smooth in ages. my lines around my mouth appear less visable . the foundation feels great and has good even coverage. I am prsonally not keen on the applicator, sponge. I prefer to smooth and blend with my fingers. otherwise a very good product. lasts all day. Will and have recommend it to my family and friends.

Thankyou so much for the oppurtunity to try this Maybelline Foundation. I have been using it every day for a week.
I have to say I prefer to use my fingers to blend my foundation, although the sponge applicator is a nice way to dab on the foundation and ensures no spillage or mess, which I am notorious for.
This foundation feels so smooth and my skin instantly feels better, softer and relaxed. I do have quite large pores though and these are not covered up by this product, they are more enhanced if anything. A lot of powdering is needed to negate this fact.
The moisturising effect of this product is tremendous, my skin feels better than it has in a very long time. I would definitley buy this product again but probably would only use it on a night out as a lot of powdering is needed to cover my pores, I prefer to use a lighter foundation during the day with very little to no powder.
Thanks again for the chance to try something new, I was quite the celebrity at mothers group telling them about my new “appointment” as a tester for a new Maybelline product!

I was so lucky to be able to trail this product for Younger You.

At first glance of Maybelline NY Instant Age Rewind I was impressed by its lightweight packaging which is made of plastic, and fuzzy micro fibre ball within the cap makes it secure so that it’s won’t spill in your bag. Another fantastic thing is that this will keep the product free of bacteria because you only touch what comes out of the ball which also means that you won’t waste any product making it last longer. The design of this product is easy to hold and manoeuvre as you literally draw on your face.

To start with you need to twist the pack to allow the foundation to seep slightly out of the ball. Be patient the first time, it does take a lot of twists (I almost thought it was broken). Thereafter you only need to do a couple of twists to “reload”. The micro fibre ball tip (which is very soft) makes it easy to glide over your skin and get into the creases of your nose.

So enough with the packaging, Now to the actual foundation itself. This product does claims that it is the first-anti ageing make-up, combining a patented micro corrector applicator which instantly erases lines and creases and makes the skin looked lifted. It has SPF 18 which is fantastic in the Australian sun so you know that your skin will be protected. I also love the fact that it contains Goji Berry and collagen.

It did feel velvety smooth and it is very lightweight on my face. I have been wearing the foundation every day for work; my skin had no reactions and my pores never felt clogged. My face was still so hydrated by the end of tha day (which was fantastic considering that I was in the office all day). As for staying power, it does last the working day, although I was very annoyed that it does rub off on everything (I must admit i’m a compulsive face toucher). So I would advice to brush over it with translucent powder to help it set.

One issue I did have initially whilst getting used to the ball applicator, I found that I looked quite streaky. Initially I thought that this product could be good because it’s less mess and fuss without having to use sponges, brushes or fingers. But I was wrong, this product does really need to be blended and you will need something else besides the applicator to do this. You can appear streaky and miss areas if you don’t have good lighting. Overall a flawless finish can be achieved with it.

I put it to the test when I had been quite ill for a few days and looked quite terrible, but I must say that the coverage and colouring of this foundation made me look very human again. Almost like I wasn’t actually sick!

However, it claims to ‘lift’, ‘plump’ and ‘improve skin elasticity’ therefore I was expecting to ‘instantly erase lines and creases’. Wish that statement was real. It didn’t really hide any line or wrinkles on my face (especially around my eye area and I don’t have very many). Another issue is that its coverage really doesn’t do much for my dark circles under my eyes either.

I have mixed emotions with this product; it does give good coverage but has let me down in its promises. I’d recommend it to those who have normal skin and want and easy lightweight foundation but I’m not sure I would recommend it to my mother to erase her lines and wrinkles.

Thank you so much for this opportunity

Thanks for the opportunity to try Maybelline’s instant age rewind eraser foundation. I loved that it kept my skin beautifully hydrated all day, my skin did feel a little firmer and the lines were a little less obvious. The slightly dewy finish made my skin look more youthful and there was no oil slick at the end of the day. I really liked the applicator, it was easy to gradually build up to the coverage I wanted, easy to focus on problem areas and easy to reapply during the day if need be. The packaging is great, good size for the make-up purse and no mess when reapplying on the run. I will consider buying this product in the future and I would recommend it to my friends

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to review the Instant Age Rewind Eraser Foundation by Maybelline.
I was impressed with the packaging and the idea of having the sponge already there to apply the foundation made it more appealing.
When I first tried to use it I was a bit lost on how to get the foundation out and it took me a good 5 minutes to work out what I needed to do. But once I got started the foundation applied on smooth and was exceptionally easy to apply around my eyes which I always have a problem getting close up around my eye.
The first few times I used it I was getting a few streaks from the sponge but the more I used it the more I worked out a technique which made it quick and easy with a smooth finish.
It felt light on my skin, so I felt like I wasn’t wearing makeup and I didn’t feel like my pores were being clogged up.
The foundation lasted the day if I put it on in the morning and I was going out at night I only had to do little touch up to refresh rather than re-apply.
I prefer using a make up brush to apply my foundation but I found the sponge to do just as good a job.
I have noticed that after using the Instant Age Rewind Eraser Foundation that the lines around my eyes and month are less noticeable.
I have and defiantly would recommend Instant Age Rewind Eraser Foundation to my friends and family.
Thanks again to the Younger You team, it was a pleasure to review this product.

First of all, thank you for choosing me to be part of the Test Team.

The colour I was given was Nude and it wasn’t too bad a match for my skin.
In terms of the packaging for this product, it was very similar to alot of other foundations apart from the round ball application top which was quite interesting and innovative. The smell was just like any other foundation smell in my opinion although it had a lovely lightweight feel to it and I did feel that overall it gave a flawless finish. However, it claims to ‘lift’, ‘plump’ and ‘improve skin elasticity’ but I didn’t actually find this to be the case. The product was relatively easy to use (on the back of the product you can peel for ingredients, directions and warnings), you just need to twist a few times until the product comes out and if you need more, just twist another 1 or 2 times. You then apply to your face and blend outwards carefully although I actually used a makeup sponge to smooth and clean up the foundation around the nose and jawline as I didn’t feel the application tip was great for around those areas. Overall, this product was not too bad, I may consider using it again.

    Many thanks once again (-:

I found the product to be very good and works well with my skin, I had no problems with the packaging or the product itself. I do think that it maybe a little too expensive for some people.

    Hi.
I found Age Rewind to be so light on my face, more like a mousse & not heavy like some makeup.
It was so easy to apply. I just loved it. Thank You So Much.
