  Fell in love upon receiving this product. The box is so glamorous, and the jar looks so delicious, I still get excited every time I lift it off my dressing table.

  Applying the cream on my face is simply wonderful. It feels simultaneously luxurious and comforting, which is especially lovely on a cool night when the skin can feel worryingly dry. The term “moisturiser” seems to have been removed from beauty products these days, but this Shiseido cream is just what I reach for when I need a hit of moisture on the face.

  The morning-after effects are very enjoyable. Waking up to smoothed-out, plumped-up skin is such a pleasure everyday. I think my fine lines are diminished, but you can never be too sure with these things!

  Thank you to Younger You for this trial opportunity, I will definitely be buying a new jar when I’m done with this one!

  Tired, stressed, fine lines and wrinkles are my skin concerns. So off I went to trial my Shiseido. I’ve never tried Shiseido before so everything was new to me.
  It comes in a gorgeous silver box that is shiny with a matt stripe on one side of the lid and front. Then you open to find a silver and creamy/light fawn glass little jar. It looks like and old fashioned hat and a rather cute jar it is. It comes with a little plastic spatula the same creamy brown colour as the jar. It has a bit on the bottom that says you can remove the plastic. I tried it and it only remove the plastic base for me and I couldn’t work out why I would want to do that. Found that bit a little strange.
  It has a twist off lid which is easy to remove although I do find the jar hard to pick up and hold because of the flat bottom of the jar.
  The cream itself has the most beautiful scent to it that my daughter describes as ‘flower breeze’. Its a soft scent a bit like an Olay/Avon scent. Its not overpowering and strong but more gentle and comforting. With hayfever season on us it was tested and passed. No sneezing or headaches from the scent. yay
  The cream is so soft and lucious, light and smooth but not greasy and thick. It glides on and is absorbed quickly and gently into the skin. There is no extra rubbing in required.
  My skin after feels so soft and smooth. It doesn’t leave your skin tight or oily or heavy.
  After using this for two weeks my skin looks younger and fine lines are less visible. My skin also feels better, I’m sure you know what I mean. I must not look as worn out as I usually do as people have been asking if I had been sick as I look much better this week. My hair dresser even asked if I was pregnant and said my skin seemed to be glowing. (I’m not pregnant) Only difference in my life is I’ve been using this cream twice a day.
  I like that it is the one cream that you use both morning and night, saving a bit of money by buying only one jar.
  Having never tried Shiseido before I can now say that I am a convert and will definitely be going to that
  section at my nearest store.
  I would give it a 4/5 as the jar was too hard to pick up. It sits too flush with the surface you put it on.

  Hi

  Thank you for choosing me to test your product.

  The product was very well packaged and looked very elegent.

  Unfortunately the cream irritated my Rosacea after 24 hours use and I had to discontinue use. However initally it felt wonderful and my skin very soft.

  I would reccomened this cream to friends without any skin allergies.

  Now that I’ve reached my 30′s I’ve begun some rigorous anti-ageing routines as I’m starting to notice superficial and expression lines on my face and chest. I think my neck is starting to wrinkle too! As an anti-ageing product I trust this will do the job but it is a bit too rich for my skin. My skin is generally oily combination.

  I broke out in a few spots in the first week but my skin has adjusted to the richness of the cream since then. The product feels lovely on my face and a little bit goes a very long way which is great considering the price. I only use the product as night cream however as it is too rich to use during the day.

  My skin feels lovely and I think I’m starting to notice that my frown lines are reducing! I expect I’ll notice more of a difference once the cream is finished. If I do notice a major difference by then I will definitely continue to use it as a night cream. Until I get older, drier and wrinkly-er…

  I have normal to dry skin, even in tone.
  • How would you describe your attention to skin care generally?
  As a woman in her 50’s taking care of my skin is very important. I moisturise day and night and keep myself hydrated throughout the day. A balanced diet and a good skin routine is a must.
  • What did the product feel like on your skin?
  The cream absorbed well, leaving a silky smooth like feel that lasted all day. The smell of the cream is quite appealing, my skin felt light as a feather.
  • What changes did you notice?
  On touch and feel my skin is noticeably smoother and has a more youthful glow in appearance.
  • Did other people notice any change?
  My family have noted that my skin seems to look a lot more happier and has that youthful glow in appearance.
  • How would you say your skin differs from when you started?
  Prior to using this cream my skin was dull in appearance, while using the cream I have noticed a change my skin has become more radiant.
  • Would you keep using the product?
  I will definitely continue to use your cream.
  • Would you recommend it to anyone else?
  I highly recommend this cream to anyone, the cream truly works and I am one satisfied customer that will continue to use it

  I was extremely lucky to be chosen to try the Shiseido Advanced Revitlizing cream. The packaging is simple yet eye catching, just waiting for you to experience it’s soft, silky texture that glides on so smoothly.
  From the first couple of days, my skin felt beautiful. It rehydrated my skin and softened it’s appearence. It looked and felt fresher, epecially under the corner of my eyes, near the nose, and around them. It made a huge difference when I wore make up. It was more balanced and less harsh looking to the eye and touch.
  To start with my skin was average for my age. I have seen and know people my age or younger that have more wrinkles than me, but they are still there. I had a few compliments that I looked more refreshed, so i was happy with that.
  I have used the Shiseido Advanced Revitalizing Cream for 2 weeks now, and I am happy with the results so far, to keep on using it would enhance what it is starting to do and anybody would be happy with that.If I could afford to keep using this, I would, but am very grateful for the chance to do so.

  I am in my early thirties and my skin is starting to show some signs of ageing – fine lines around my eyes, dull complexion and dehydration. I follow a pretty strict skin care routine, using fairly expensive products. My first impressions of Shiseido Bio-Performance Advanced Super Revitalizing Cream was that I liked the gel/cream texture and that it smelt really flowery and overpowering! It felt beautiful on my face and I only needed to use a small amount. It felt like it sat ontop of my skin initially, but I reduced the amount I was using which helped. After the first application, my skin felt more hydrated. I have been using it twice a day for a couple of weeks and I have noticed that my skin doesn’t feel as parched and looks “plumper”. Shiseido say that after one month the appearance of wrinkles are minimised and skin elesticity is restored, so I will continue to use it and see what happens!
  I use another department store brand moisturiser which costs the same amount, but I have to say that the other product performs better for me than this, so I would not purchase it myself.

  First of all thanks so much to Younger You for letting me be a part of the Test Team! Here is my review:

  How would you describe your skin at the outset?

  I have fairly good skin for my age. It tends to be normal to dry but I am starting to see some fine lines and wrinkles.

  How would you describe your attention to skin care generally?

  I religiously cleanse and moisturise. I use a lot of different products and change them often depending on how my skin feels on any particular day.

  What did the product feel like on your skin?

  At first it felt a bit thick to apply but I got used to the texture. I would say that the moisture definitely lasts all day which is great in terms of moisturising the skin but a bit weird to have that ‘sticky’ feeling all day.

  What changes did you notice?

  Overall my skin seemed to be in better condition even though I could not notice specific individual improvements. I remember looking in the mirror and thinking how great my skin was looking lol!

  Did other people notice any change?

  Yes my husband also commented on how good my skin has looked lately.

  How would you say your skin differs from when you started?

  It looks like it is in better condition.

  Would you keep using the product?

  Yes depending on its continued effectiveness and cost. In summer I tend to need a lighter moisturiser so I would have to see how my skin was feeling.

  Would you recommend it to anyone else?

  Yes especially if they had a dry skin.

  In my forties and always keen to find that ‘perfect product’ I was super excited to try the Shiseido Bio-Performance Advanced Super Revitalizing Cream. Even with dry skin I have found that most anti-aging creams are super rich and lead to oiliness and breakouts within a few days of use. Not the case with the Shiseido Revitalizing Cream, after just a couple of weeks my dry skin condition has improved a lot. My skin looks fresh, firm, hydrated and glows and the best part is I can use it day and night with no need to change creams. I love the light texture of the cream on my skin it feels protected and never dry or tight. Other positives for this cream include its light natural fragrance, and beautiful packaging that is ideal for travelling too. After using many anti-ageing skin creams I was really impressed with this product and will continue to use it on my skin and would be delighted to recommend it to anyone. ♥

  I was very excited to receive the Shiseido Bio-Performance Advanced Super Revitalizing Cream thanks to Younger You! The packaging was lovely and conveyed that it is a high end beauty cream. At the outset my skin has some dry patches and I got the occasional pimple. Previously I used a cheap supermarket moisturiser. The Shiseido Bio-Performance Advanced Super Revitalizing Cream felt amazing on my skin, especially because daily cleansing leaves my face a little dry. The Shiseido cream felt so much more luxurious and moisturising on my skin than my cheap moisturiser. The main change I noticed was that my skin had less dry patches. Also, my pimples seemed to heal quicker because of the moisturising element. I’ll keep using the product and recommend it to anyone looking for a high end beauty cream that gives all day moisturisation and leaves the skin feeling younger.

  I really liked the packaging I thought It looked very classy and it suited the product well. The shiny silver on the jar really made this product stand out.The formula of this cream was very light and non greasy. it absorbed into my skin quite quickly and there was no left over oily residue. After using this product for just over two weeks I noticed that my skin was a lot more hydrated, and that this product got rid of my nasty winter skin. I also noticed that my skin felt firmer and smoother too the touch and appeared to be more radiant. I really enjoyed using this product and I would use it again. The price is a little bit on the steep side for a beauty product but with this product a little bit goes a long way. I would recommend this product to others as I found it to be really great on my skin.

  When the package first arrived on my doorstep I was over-the-moon to find out we received the full 50ml bottle of the Sheseido Bio-Performance Advanced Super Revitalizing Cream, I initially thought we would just receive a few deluxe samples or something similar so firstly, thank you so much to the entire Younger You team and Sheseido for this opportunity.
  The packaging struck me as very elegant when I first opened the box and its defiantly a cream that you could display proudly on your bathroom shelf.
  The very first time I used the cream I washed my face and balanced as per instruction and then I applied the cream. I actually did a bit of background reading of the cream on the Sheseido website and found a very simple and short demo of how to actually apply the cream properly and I found that very useful. You start by having 4/5 dots of cream around your face (resembling the 4 corners of a plus sign) and start by rotating your finger tips on and around your cheeks, up the forehead and down in an M-shape, around the mouth and then from the chin, up and down around the jawline.
  Straight away I could feel a difference, the moisture penetrates deep into the skin leaving it feeling fully moistened and fresh. I have previously been using an Olay light-weight moisturiser in my daily routine and sometimes I find that I have to wait till in sinks in then re-apply a bit more to get a full moisture effect, but this Sheseido cream was so good and you only need the smallest dots around your face as it spreads really evenly around the face and is good enough to sink into your entire face.
  I should also mention that for hygienic purposes and to keep the cream forever fresh, it comes with a small plastic spatula that you use to get the cream out of the tub. I thought that was a really neat idea and much better then dipping your finger into the pot numerous times and getting dust and dirt contaminating the cream.
  As for the results, I have now been using it for about 2-3 weeks and I haven’t noticed a real difference in how my face looks. My problem areas are under my eyes and on my forehead and I haven’t noticed a difference at all. But as for skin tone and texture I am really happy with how my skin feels- a lot smoother and my skin tone blends into my whole face a whole lot more evenly (I have been using rosehip oil however so I think that may be thanks to a combination of the two).
  Overall, the cream is fairly expensive and I’m not sure I can justify re-purchasing it at this time but maybe if I had the money then I defiantly love the way it makes my skin feel and the elegance of the brand.

  The silver box makes the product look impressive, although a thicker cardboard would be better, as it crushed very easily. I love the silver container, too, although I would prefer it to be all silver, and not have a different material and colour insert. The shape of the container reminds me of a shop counter bell. I will keep it even after the product is finished, as it is too good to throw away.

  The cream has a pleasant fragrance, smooth texture and felt good on my skin. However, I only used a very small amount on my T zone, as it is oily and I do not like to put too much cream there.

  To improve the cream, it would be good if it could be organic. I am not sure if it is tested on animals, as it does not state that it is not. If it is not, this needs to be put on the packet, as that is an excellent selling point. If it is, it definitely needs to stop, as I, and many others, would never buy such a product.

  I give the cream a good rating, but I have only been able to test it over a two week period. I would like it to have been longer. As it was only a short period of time, I never really noticed a change in my skin. I will definitely keep using the product, as I want to see the long term effects of it.

  Firstly, Id like to thank Younger You for allowing me to test this amazing product! I have always wanted to try Shiseido however haven’t ever got around to buying it, especially not knowing if it was right for my skin. Now that I have been given this moisturiser, I dont think I could ever go back to using anything else!

  I found it to be smooth & refreshing & made my skin feel silky soft! Usually I need a separate moisturiser for day & a different one for night time as I dont like using a thick moisturiser in the morning as my skin gets oily throughout the day. However with Shiseido, I loved it for day AND night. This amazed me as it worked well in both ways.

  The fact that it fights ageing is a huge bonus as I am getting to a stage where I am noticing my skin needs more love & attention. I know for a fact, I will be rushing out to buy this product once my tub is finished!

  When i first received the Shiseido product, I was very excited that it was a moisturiser as I feel it is one of the most important steps in my beauty regime. My attention to skin is generally good. I ensure I cleanse, tone & moisturise morning & night, however I didn’t really feel that my previous moisturiser was doing anything.

  To my delight, i have noticed that my skin now feels extra hydrated & looks like it is glowing. I have had people comment on how clear my skin looks & i know it is due to the Shiseido moisturiser. Even the fine lines around my eyes seem to be less noticeable. This is a product I would definitely recommend to others & would 100% keep using it.

  I really loved this product. The packaging is great – very elegant. The cream feels amazing on your skin and leaves skin feeling really soft. It’s not oily on your skin and leaves teh skin feeling really hydrated.

  I have quite sensitve skin but found this cream to be gentle and i didnt react to it at all. For me that s a big thing!

  I really loved this cream so much i might just try out the entire skincare range.

  Shiseido Bio-Performance Advanced Super Revitalizing Cream was amazing!

  I loved the way it melted into my pours with out leaving any residue on my hands or oil on my skin. I walked into work and multiple people commented on how healthly, glowing, and dewing my skin looked. I even felt confident enough not to wear concealer. After I told this to my mom, she said she was going to go out and buy the product herself.

  I love everything about this product – the packaging, the effects it has on my skin, and the feeling I get from wearing it. The only thing I wish this face cream had was sunscreen.

  When i found out that I would be part of the Shisheido test team I was absolutely thrilled! Having a cream fanatic mom I had my share of creams that I have tested out over the years.. but I can honestly say that this is one of the best creams I have used so far.

  Over the past years I could see my skin changing due to weather, stress and many other factors. Looking after my skin is part of my daily routine and with not that much time on my hand I’m always looking for that product that does the job well. My skin seems to be craving for hydration & moisture and that’s just what this product provided me. The cream is soft on the skin and it feels like its being absorbed straight away giving your face that instant refreshing feel. The elasticity of my skin seems to have been improved over the last week, as it doesn’t feel dry after a long working in air-conditioned building or being out in the sun. The packaging reflects the quality of the product – elegant, simple and pure.One of the key factors for me is also the scent which is subtle, making me believe for 5 minutes that I just came back from a facial – love it!

  I know for sure I would get my mom hooked on this product and can definitely recommend it to anybody who is in need for some daily facial pamper time. You have one fan already!

  How would you describe your attention to skin care generally? 5 mins in the morning and I never wash my make-up off at night so a major lack of attention there!
  What did the product feel like on your skin? Absolutely divine – creamy and luxurious. Feels expensive. I thought it would be too rich for my skin and cause breakouts but no!
  What changes did you notice? Firmer, smoother, brighter skin.
  Did other people notice any change? No.
  How would you say your skin differs from when you started? Feels plumper and more full of retained moisture. Does not get tight as quickly after cleaning & before moisturising now.
  Would you keep using the product? Yes, I’m addicted to it!
  Would you recommend it to anyone else? Yes and I already have! Also shared the sample offers around.
