2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged eighteen or over.
Employees and their immediate families of the Promoters, directors,
management, related companies, retailers, suppliers and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.

3. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

4. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. You must obtain the secret code word from the edition #2 of Younger You magazine (on sale April 13 2011).

6. You must sign up to the Younger You Newsletter to enter.

7. Total number of entries for this competition is limited to one per person.

8. You must accurately fill in your details and enter the secret code word printed in Younger You magazine in order to enter the “Bags of Beauty” competition. You are required to be a member to enter. You are required to leave your name, a daytime/mobile phone number, postal address and email address. When you enter, you agree to provide accurate information about yourself as prompted by the appropriate form. You acknowledge that if any inaccurate information is provided by you, your entry will be deemed invalid.  You must provide a valid email address and remain a Younger You subscriber at least until the end of the promotion.

• The prize is strictly non transferable, not redeemable for cash or exchange.

10. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. The Promoters will not be responsible if the prizes or any part of the prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoters’ control. In the event of such cancellation, re-scheduling or unavailability of the prizes, the Promoters will endeavor but are not obliged to provide a substitute prize of equivalent value.

11. All entrants must be over the age of 18.

12. The prize winners must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in any marketing and promotional activity in relation to winning the prize, free of charge, and consent to the Promoter’s using their name and image in such promotional material.

13. The Promoters are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. The Promoters assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.  If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoters which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoters reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition – subject to any written directions from a relevant Regulatory Authority.

14. Independent Digital Media is collecting your personal information as set out in the competition entry form to process your competition entries.  We may share your information with other persons or entities that assist us in running this competition and for the purpose of provision of prizes.

15. By entering the competition, entrants understand that the Promoter, directors,
management, related companies, retailers, suppliers and their agencies are not responsible or liable for any aspects of the treatment, including but not limited to: results, outcomes, side effects, complications or any issue that may arise due to the treatment.

16. Once the winners have been notified, they will be introduced to the cosmetic clinic closest to them. From that point onwards, all treatment activity related to this promotion will exclude the Promoter and the Promoter’s suppliers. After the winners have been introduced to their cosmetic clinic, standard relationship protocol will follow, which includes but is not limited to: correspondence, consent forms, scheduling appointments, consultations, treatments and follow up.
